We are a mother and daughter team who had always fancied a go at silversmithing. We signed up to a few classes which definitely gave us the bug to do more. We now get together on a Sunday and have a jolly good play with some silver to create a more rustic style of jewellery.
Our designs evolve and some even may be happy accidents. At times the whole family joins in all wanting to make a ring for themselves!
Our aim is to have fun whilst being creative and spending quality time together.
We experiment and sometimes push the silver and our knowledge to the limits. We are still having lessons together with a proper silversmith, so we are gradually gaining new skills. A lot of it we make up too!
We have rented some space in some High Street shops and have been selling our jewellery through these as well as online. We do get a tad excited when someone chooses to buy something from us and our happy dance is always entertaining.
